‘Deadpool 2’ New Trailer & International Poster Unites It’s Heroes

20th Century Fox has released a new green-band trailer for the upcoming superhero film, Deadpool 2. While the trailer itself is essentially a repackaged version of it’s most recent red-band counterpart, It does provide a quick recap of the first film, along with some new footage. While there’s tons of great blink-and-you-miss-it moments, my favorite little bits from these last two trailers have to be Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) taking a spin in professor x’s wheelchair and  grabbing colossus’ ass to name a few. It’s so perfect for the character that it hurts (from laughter).

Even though recent rumblings that Deadpool 2 was scoring poorly with test audiences, this only proved to be a rumor, being debunked by industry sources. In addition, these sources also confirmed that we’d be seeing more of certain characters like Cable (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazzie Beetz), and the new international poster (see below) that accompanied the trailer seems to confirm as much. To be honest, i’m loving everything that we’re seeing from both characters in this film, so a further focus on them is more than welcome. How much additional screen time Beetz and Brolin will have still remains to be seen, however.

David Leitch steps into the director’s chair for the sequel, with Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick returning to write the script. In addition to Reynolds, Brolin and Beetz, Deadpool 2 stars Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hidlebrand, T.J Miller, Stephan Kapacic, Jack Kesy, Leslie Uggams, Terry Crews, and Eddie Marsan. The film is currently slated for a May 18th, 2018 release date, moving up a few weeks from it’s intended June 1st, 2018 release. Here’s the new green-band trailer, synopsis and new international poster
