Lionsgate has revealed the first trailer for the upcoming action/comedy The Spy Who Dumped Me. The film follows two friends Audrey (Mila Kunis) and Morgan (Kate McKinnon) who get caught up an international conspiracy when Adurey’s ex-boyfriend shows up with a team of assassins on his trail. As the teaser trailer shows, this leads the duo to Europe, where shenanigans obviously ensue. The best part about this trailer is easily the chemistry between McKinnon and Kunis, who seem to have good chemistry as the fish-out-of-water duo. The rest of the trailer I could honestly care less about, considering that the plot seems pretty formulaic.
Co-written and directed by Susanna Fogel, Justin Theroux, Sam Heughan, Hasan Minhaj, and Gillian Anderson. The Spy Who Dumped Me hits theaters on August 3, 2018. Here’s the first teaser trailer for the film:

“The film tells the story of Audrey (Mila Kunis) and Morgan (Kate McKinnon), thirty-year-old best friends from Los Angeles, who are unexpectedly thrust into an international conspiracy when Audrey’s ex-boyfriend (Justin Theroux) shows up at her apartment with a team of deadly assassins on his trail. Much to their own surprise, the duo jump into action, and find themselves on the run in Europe from the assassins and a suspiciously charming British agent (Sam Heughan), as they hatch a plan to save the world.”
