In just a few weeks Lincoln Financial Field will host WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania. While the event brings fans from around the world to Philadelphia, fans from the Philadelphia area are still reeling from the announcement that Jason Kelce announced his retirement from the Philadelphia Eagles. Kelce played his entire 13-year career for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.
While Jason Kelce will be missed on the field that does not rule out the possibility that the man who dressed up like a mummer in the Philadelphia parade after the Eagles won the Superbowl, and then gave the underdog speech of the decade. If you get a chance look up the video on YouTube it is very empowering and shows his personality. Jason Kelce and his brother Travis have a podcast called ‘New Heights’ where they talk about sports and different things. The brothers are fans of professional wrestling and have made various comments on the subject during the podcast. WWE is no stranger to having celebrities at WrestleMania, and the Kelce brothers would have a Mania moment in the city of brotherly love.
