‘Black Panther’ Character Posters Released

Marvel Studios‘ ‘Black Panther‘ has released new character posters. The next installment in the Marvel cinematic universe is Ryan Coogler‘s superhero epic, and now it’s only three months away! We’ve already seen the film’s multiple trailers, which have given us a pretty good look at life in Wakanda, as well as the overall story of the film itself. Moreno than anything, these character posters provide a more intimate look into the costume work of Ruth E. Carter, the two-time oscar  nominee, whose work is on full display here.

These character posters give us a good look at Chadwick Boseman‘s T’Challa, Angela Bassett as his mother Ramonda, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, Lupita Nyong’o and Danai Gurira as Dora Milaje members Nakia and Okoye respectively, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, and Winston Duke as M’Baku. ‘Black Panther’ opens in theaters February

Here’s the official synopsis for ‘Black Panther‘, along with all of the character posters below:

Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther” follows T’Challa who, after the death of his father, the King of Wakanda, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation to succeed to the throne and take his rightful place as king. But when a powerful old enemy reappears, T’Challa’s mettle as king—and Black Panther—is tested when he is drawn into a formidable conflict that puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk. Faced with treachery and danger, the young king must rally his allies and release the full power of Black Panther to defeat his foes and secure the safety of his people and their way of life.
