Psycho and Bates Motel have finally collided in what is the final season of A&E's Bates Motel, starring Vera Farmiga and Freddie Highmore as the mentally troubled young motel manager whose evil alter ego could endanger everybody that dares invade the life of "mother" and son.

Kong: Skull Island has recently made over $61,000,000 at the box office, signalling that audiences have not got tired of the largest cinematic ape. The film has garnered mixed opinions but plans for a King Kong v Godzilla movie, slated to be released sometime in 2020, is going full steam ahead as of time of writing.

This year's Oscar ceremony is almost upon when it takes place this coming Sunday on February 26th. It may be fair to say that the nominees, especially for categories such as Best Picture, are hardly appetizing but it will be interesting to see what else they can conjure to make the show an event to remember alongside Jimmy Kimmel, who will be host. It will be the 89th show since it's birth in 1929.

It has been revealed that cameras will start rolling to film The Predator some time in the next seven days. Shane Black, who has penned the screenplay for the upcoming film, plans to make the next installment in the franchise an "event movie" that Fox studios have promised to put a boat load of money into.

Movie stunts are, you could say, some of the most jaw dropping highlights of many different kinds of movies, whether they are globally established or relatively unknown with smaller budgets developed by a group of passionate folk intent on seeing their vision on screen. Many remember the famous corkscrew jump sequence in the James Bond movie The Man With The Golden Gun. Or what about the coach jumping over the major bridge gap in the Keanu Reeves 1994 flick, Speed.

It is hard to believe that twenty years have nearly gone by since the release of James Cameron's Titanic. The director already became famous by directing established low and high budget action films such as The Terminator and True Lies. But the Canadian had a keen interest in the famous oceanic tragedy that occurred in 1912 a couple of years before the creation process of the big blockbuster movie that cost in the region of $200,000,000 to develop.

Movie mistakes. Titanic, Lord of the Rings, Commando, The Godfather...they all have them. Motion pictures are developed by many of the best in the business, but that does not prevent a goof or two from getting through on camera and finding their way into the final product. Many are revealing. Some are amusing. But they all prove that nothing is perfect, no matter how much money is poured into a film project.
