The Boy’s are back in town. It’s been two long years since The Boys were last seen on screen, but it was recently revealed that this year they are coming back. The fourth season of Amazon’s Emmy-winning drama “The Boys” will debut with three episodes on June 13. This season will be made up of eight episodes with new installments dropping weekly through its season finale on July 18.
Per a press release season four looks to be filled with turmoil as do all seasons of the show. “In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”
Joining the cast for season four Jeffrey Dean Morgan (whose entrance marks the show’s latest “Supernatural” reunion). Also Susan Heyward, and Valorie Curry . “The Boys” is one of Amazon’s most popular shows. The franchise currently consists of the main series and superhero college spinoff Gen V,” which has been renewed for Season 2, as well as the animated anthology “Diabolical”
