Age of The Nerd
In 2020 Lulu Wilson hit the big screen in Becky a revenge story that was both well acted and gory as hell. Wilson portrayed Becky, a teenager’s whose weekend at a lake house with her father takes a turn for the worse when a group of convicts wreaks havoc on their lives.
It was great to see Kevin James who normally plays comedic roles portray a dangerous killer in the group. And Joel McHale who is a great actor portrays Becky’s dad. The sequel to Becky titled ‘The Wrath of Becky’ will premiere at SXSW Film Festival this year.
In the film, “After living off the grid for two years, Becky finds herself going toe to toe against Darryl, the leader of a fascist organization, on the eve of an organized attack.” Lulu Wilson stars alongside Seann William Scott, Matt Angel, Courtney Gains, Aaron Dalla Villa, Michael Sirow, Denise Burse-Fernandez, Jill Larson, and Kate Siegel.
