A Quiet Place hit theaters in 2018 and was an instant hit. The film was directed by John Krasinski. The film showed that the actor turned director had much more to offer the world than just being on The Office. The film grossed 340.9 million, and lucky for us, it has been announced that a part 2 will hit theaters next year.

The official synopsis:

Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand paths. The film was written and directed by John Krasinski.

The movie will hit theaters on March 20, 2020. An official trailer will be released on New Year’s Day.
