Universal has released the first trailer for ‘Glass’, writer/director M. Night Shyamalan follow-up to both 2017’s ‘Split‘ and 2000’s ‘Unbreakable‘. This new trailer comes on the heels of the film’s San Diego Comic-Con panel today, showcasing our first good look at the new film. Serving as a sequel to both stories, ‘Glass’ follows David Dunn (Bruce Willis) as he pursues James McAvoy‘s Kevin Wendell Crumb (a.k.a. “The Beast”) in a series of escalating encounters, before Samuel Jackson‘s Elijah Price reveals himself as the connection between both men.
This first trailer is really great. Not only does it give some context for those who haven’t seen the first two films, while at the same time offering a look at how their paths will eventually cross. In addition to Jackson, Willis, and McAvoy, the film also features Anya Taylor-Joy, SarahPaulson,Spencer Treat Clark, and Charlayne in supporting roles.
