(AOTN) A lot of amazing things happened at this past weekend’s SDCC. One of the highlights for so many fans was the Stranger Things panel. The crowd erupted when the newest trailer was shown, and the trailer gave us a really good insight into what’s in store for the the residents of Hawkin’s,Indiana.

The trailer has a total 80s  nostalgia feel. The kid’s play Dragon’s Lair, and dress as Ghostbusters, with a lawn sign for Reagan-Bush, and of course, that Michael Jackson classic, “Thriller,”but it’s not all nostalgia and neon, the Upside Down has returned. The Upside Down seems to be infecting the real world, and poor Will Bower’s is caught in the middle. It looks like Stranger Things season 2 will be more of what fans loved with the first season, with plenty of humor and heart, and some good scares.

Stranger Things returns to Netflix on October 27th. Get the Eggo’s ready.
