First Image of Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor

Internet speculation has caused fans to be extremely concerned over how Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor would look in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.  Was he going to have long hair?  Was he going to have a punk rock look?  We weren’t sure.  Until now.  Thanks to the Entertainment Weekly exclusive, we now have our first look at Lex Luthor’s new look.  And fans can breath a collective sigh of relief, he is in fact bald.

Well, now we know.  While director Zack Snyder said the look would be like nothing we’d seen before, it looks similar to past interpretations.  He is much younger than Gene Hackman or Kevin Spacey, but that fits Snyder’s take on the character.  Lex Luthor is a young, extremely successful tycoon.  Personally, I like the look.  Like everyone else- I had my initial reservations.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25, 2016 and stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Mamoa, Jesse EisenbergAmy AdamsLaurence FishburneHolly HunterScoot McNairy and Jeremy Irons.
