Celebrate The Thirty Fifth Anniversary Of Critters Two This Easter Weekend With The Film’s Director Mick Garris

It’s that time of year again when little eggs show up in mysterious places, but were not here talking about Easter Eggs were talking about those pesky Critters. The Critter’s franchise burst on the scene in 1986, and a few years later would get a sequel with Critters 2: The Main Course. Eggs of the small but voracious alien creatures called Crites are left behind on earth and, after hatching, set their appetites on the small farm town of Grover’s Bend.

The Critter’s Sequel would be the first feature film by a young man named Mick Garris. Garris would bring the greatest horror film writers and directors to create the anthology series, “Masters of Horror.” Mick Garris hosts the popular podcast “Post Mortem” with his producer friend Joe Russo where they discuss everything from todays horror hits to the actual break down of film making. If you are a fan of the horror genre, or just someone trying to get advice on how to break into “the movie business” their podcast is great to listen too.

Mick Garris recently had a reunion with the cast of Critters 2 and recorded a podcast to celebrate the films anniversary. You can find a link below to listen. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/critters-2-the-main-course-35th-anniversary-cast-reunion/id1204949508?i=1000607479487
