Canadian film director David Cronenberg has returned to what he does so well, and that is directing. It was announced earlier today that Cronenberg next film will be titled ‘Crimes of the Future’, and will hit theaters this June. Cronenberg wrote the film which will star Viggo Mortensen, Lea Seydoux, and Kristen Stewart.
David Cronenberg has directed such classic’s as The Fly. And this will be the third film where Cronenberg has teamed up with Viggo Mortensen the other two films were A History Of Violence and Eastern Promises. The pair bring out the best in each other and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us in there next feature.
‘Crimes Of the Future’ revolves around the human race as they adapt to a synthetic environment. This will be a return to what made Cronenberg a household name in a genre he pretty much created known as “body horror’.
