Burger King to Sell Upside-Down Whoppers For Netflix’s Stranger Things

Burger King will be serving up some upside-down Whoppers to celebrate Stranger Things in 1980’s-era packaging in a partnership with Coca-Cola. In the partnership, the burger chain announced that they will be selling an upside-down Whopper burger, which is literally just their signature Whopper sandwich served with the bottom of the bun on the top of the burger sandwich and the top of the bun on the bottom of the sandwich. A normal Whopper but flipped upside-down to celebrate ‘Stranger Things.’

In Netflix’s Stranger Things the Upside-Down is an alternative universe set in the 1980’s. It centers around the lives of four young boys and their friends. The new season of Stranger Things premieres on the streaming giant, Netflix, on July 4th, 2019.
