Could it be possible that the return date for the Netflix/Marvel series “The Punisher” has been leaked?
Signs point to our beloved Frank Castle making a return by as early as January 18, 2019. Rumors were swirling that the series would be making a return this year, but it appears to have been confirmed in a since-deleted tweet from a Middle East Netflix account which said there would 13 new episodes that would begin streaming on January 18, 2019. Keep in mind, however, that neither Netflix or Marvel has officially confirmed.
A new teaser for “The Punisher” has been revealed, but sadly it shows us very little new footage. All it shows is the letter of forgiveness which Frank Castle received at the end of Season 1 exonerating him from all his crimes. An unidentifiable hand, we imagine it belongs to the Punisher himself, then sets fire to the letter.
