Eva Green “Sin City 2” Poster Deemed Too Sexy!

The MPAA has deemed the new theatrical poster for “Sin City: A Dame To Kill For” featuring Eva Green too sexy to be placed in movie theater lobbies. It has been banned for nudity, as several people complained that the curve under Green’s breast is visible, as well as, a dark nipple/areola circle which is visible through her sheer robe.

It is only fitting that the poster for the “Sin City” sequel would be a bit controversial, as the first film was incredibly well-known for having a very high level of violence. The first film was shot in monochrome and closely mimics the comic book penned by Frank Miller. Miller also happened to be the co-director of the first film and will once again co-direct “Sin City: A Dame To Kill For” alongside Robert Rodriguez. The new film will also be in 3D!

The sequel is based on the second book in Miller’s comic book series and is a continuation of some of the stories featured in the first film. One of the film’s four vignettes follows Jessica Alba’s onetime stripper Nancy Callaghan, while another tracks Mickey Rourke’s hulking Marv. The title story features Green in a dangerous love triangle, while in a brand new story written for the film, Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays a gambler who tries to take down a sworn enemy.

“Sin City: A Dame to Kill For,” stars Mickey Rourke, Rosario Dawson, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Josh Brolin, Ray Liotta, and Bruce Willis, and opens on August 22nd.
