Possible Intro For ‘Mayans M.C.’ Released

The Sons of Anarchy spinoff Mayans M.C. is almost ready to ride into San Diego Comic Con in less than two weeks with a panel Sunday 7/22 at 1pm featuring the cast of the series and creator Kurt Sutter. To hype of the upcoming series, FX Network has released a new teaser featuring a cover of The Rolling Stones “Paint It, Black”.

The teaser looks very similar to the intro of Sutter’s hit series Sons of Anarchy, it’s possible that this teaser could be the part intro of Mayans M.C. just without the casting credits but it’s also possible that it’s just a nod at SOA.

The new spinoff series is set in a post Jax Teller world, where EZ Reyes is a prospect in the Mayan M.C. charter on the Cali/Mexi border. Now EZ must carve out his new outlaw identity in a town where he once was the golden boy with the American Dream in his grasp. Produced by Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Productions.

The series will star JD Pardo, Clayton Cardenas, Edward James Olmos, Sarah Bolger, Michael Irby, Carla Baratta, Antonia Jaramillo, Raoul Max Trujillo, Richard Cabral, Danny Pino with Emilio Rivera reprising his SOA role as Marcus Alvarez.

Mayans M.C. premieres September 4th on FX.
