The teaser Trailer for ‘RAPID EYE MOVEMENT‘ has been released, and it sure is a doozie. The plot of the movie centers around a man who attempts to break the 11-day world record for staying awake in the heart of Times Square. The film began shooting in New York all the way back in November of 2015, and the first teaser trailer is finally here. The film feels very reminiscent of films like ‘Buried‘ and ‘Phone Booth‘, seemingly taking place in one singular location. The film was shot almost exclusively in Times Square, and the filmmakers were given unprecedented access to the famous landmark. They were even allowed to construct a custom-built sound booth for shooting of the film.
‘RAPID EYE MOVEMENT‘ was directed by Francois Arnaud, and the movie was produced by Tentmaker Pictures and We Are Films through Fredrick Weiss, Peter Bishai, Gary Khon and Aaron Craig. The film stars Arnaud, Reiko Aylesworth, Chloe Brooks, Godfrey, Jamie Jackson, David Rhodes, Stelio Savante and Danny Ramirez.
