First Look at David Harbour’s ‘Hellboy’

A first look of the rebooted Hellboy has been released by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola via Twitter. The image below is actor David Harbour as the half-demon hero and it looks really similar to Guillermo del Toro‘s and Ron Pearlman‘s take on the character.

Mignola’s tweet of the image was captioned with “Holy crap.” We take this as creator approval. Neil Marshall will direct the film which will have Hellboy going to England, where he must defeat Nimue, Merlin’s consort and the Blood Queen. The film will star Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil), Ian McShane (American Gods), new comer Sasha Lane, Penelope Mitchell (The Vampire Diaries) and Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-O) along side David Harbour.

We will definitely keep you posted on all news Hellboy related! Check back soon.
