Age of The Nerd
(AOTN) This week the fourth installment of the Conjuring film series,’ Annabelle: Creation’ will hit theaters. Fans are sure to be in for a treat as the trailer delivers many jump scares and will act as a prequel to Annabelle (2014). The first film’s screenwriter Gary Dauberman has returned to write the script. David F. Sandberg will direct.
The plot for the the film follows Doll Maker Samuel Mullins and his wife, who are stealing with the death of there daughter who died twelve years ago. The couple open up their home to a nun Sister Charlotte, and several girls from a local orphanage that has been closed down. The Doll Maker’s haunted creation, Annabelle, sets her devious sights on the girls, turning the home they are staying at into a stay of horror.
The movie will star Anthony LaPaglia as Samuel Mullins,Miranda Otto as Esther Mullins, Stephanie Sigman as Sister Charlotte,Talitha Bateman as Janice,Grace Fulton as Carol, and Joseph Bishara as Annabelle.
Fans of the film might want to arrive early for the premiere as it was reported on Trailer Track, that a 4 minute footage reel for Andy Muschietti’s IT will be shown right before Annabelle: Creation. No word yet on what will be on the reel, but it is sure to send a chill up your spine.
