(AOTN) With San Diego Comic Con only days away the hype is all around. One of the highlights of this years con will be when Warner Bros brings there slate of films to San Diego for a preview of upcoming films including Justice League, Blade Runner 2049, and Ready Player One.
“Ready Player One” will have a panel. During that panel, director Steven Spielberg will present with stars Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke and T.J. Miller. To present the long-awaited “Blade Runner 2049,” actors Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Robin Wright, Lennie James and Mackenzie Davis will be on stage with director Denis Villeneuve.
The Warner Bros. presentation will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, with Chris Hardwick moderating.
Ready Player One is a novel written by Ernest Cline (2011). The story, set in a dystopian 2044, and follows protagonist Wade Watts as he searches for an easter egg in a virtual realty game; the discovery of which will lead him to inherit a valuable fortune in a world torn by an energy crisis.
The movie will be directed by Spielberg, and written for the screen by Ernest Cline and Zak Penn. The movie will star a stellar cast including Simon Pegg, Olivia Cooke, and T.J. Miller. The movie will be released on March 30th 2018.
