Blade of Honor is an all-new web series coming from Mark Edward Lewis (Marvel’s Avenger’s S.T.A.T.I.O.N., Star Trek: Torment of Destiny) and stars familiar faces in the pop culture industry such as: Alison Haislip (Attack of the Show), Richard Hatch (Battlestar Galactica), Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager), James Kyson (Heroes), Cirroc Lofton (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Aron Eisenberg (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) and Brandon Stacy (Star Trek New Voyages: Phase II), as they are thrown into a futuristic war. A Kickstarter has been launched to get this web series up and running and they need your support! Here is all the info about how you can help and what Blade of Honor is all about…

An epic tale of power and betrayal, BLADE OF HONOR unites the creative teams behind a multitude of science fiction productions in order to bring to life a unique vision of interplanetary strife. The Kickstarter campaign to fund the first three episodes is now live and calling on sci-fi fans across the planet to help launch this thrilling new series into the stratosphere! Supporters of the series will enjoy a wide range of rewards including DVDs, autographed photos, producers credits, set visits, a walk-on role or even having a starship named after them!

Blade of Honor is a synthesis of the creative team’s favorite sci-fi productions and themes, woven into a rich universe of intrigue and wonder whose landscape is wrought with war and humanity’s very survival. The series stars celebrity geek Alison Haislip (Team Unicorn, Attack of the Show) along with sci-fi fan favorites Richard Hatch (Battlestar Galactica), Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager) and James Kyson (Heroes) and is written by Mark Edward Lewis (Marvel’s Avenger’s S.T.A.T.I.O.N., Star Trek: Torment of Destiny, Mind-Sifter). The series also stars Cirroc Lofton (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Aron Eisenberg (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) and Brandon Stacy (Star Trek New Voyages: Phase II).

Set in the year 2187, Blade of Honor is the story of Arina Kartades (Haislip), a religious, headstrong, crack Alliance Navy Star Blade pilot in a war where the human Alliance is losing against the animal race, the Calinar. When Kartades discovers that her State-mandated religious upbringing was a lie, she embarks upon a forced quest to discover the true reasons behind the war. As her discoveries push her deeper into harm’s way, she must go against everything she believes in to fight a cloak and dagger rebellion and expose the galactic elite, the religious masters, and protect the ones she loves from the clutches of her own superiors and the combined military might of the Alliance and Calinar.

A visionary science fiction series, Blade of Honor brings together the talent and experience from successful productions such as Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: New Voyages, Star Trek: Renegades, 5th Passenger, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N., Star Trek: Torment of Destiny, Star Trek: Horizon, Nobility, Star Trek: Continues, Cowboys & Engines, Star Trek: Hidden Frontier, and many more.

Featuring the incredible talents of Tobias Richter and The Light Works (Star Trek: Rivals), Pony Horton (Star Trek: New Voyages), and Tommy Kraft (creator of Star Trek: Horizon), the visionary VFX masters and their teams behind Blade of Honor create the beautiful and provocative world of the Alliance and Calinar navies as well as the alien worlds where the characters battle for their honor. The series also features a creative team of producers including Mark Edward Lewis, Steven Stone (Epic Star Wars Fan Film: The Betrayal), Ryan T. Husk (Star Trek: Renegades), Clayton Turnage (Emmy-winning series The Bay, Star Trek: Renegades) and Jennifer Nash (Star Trek: The Next Generation).
