New Suicide Squad Trailer Revealed During The MTV Movie Awards

Warner Bros delighted fans as they followed through with their promise and revealed an all new trailer for the upcoming film “Suicide Squad” during the broadcast of the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.  The new trailer definitely showcases more of the lighthearted and witty aspects of the film which is in no doubt a response to the criticism that Warner Bros recently received in regards to “Batman v. Superman: Dawn Of Justice” which many were calling too dark and gritty.

In fact, it is even rumored that “Suicide Squad”, despite already wrapping principle photography, is now partaking in several expensive re-shoots to add in more lighthearted/humorous moments. Can’t say we necessarily agree with a need to change up the film, however the new trailer is definitely entertaining and “Ballroom Blitz” was the perfect song choice to accompany the footage.

We certainly got to see a lot more of Jared Leto’s Joker, as well as, Margo Robbie as Harley Quinn which is a win/win in our book….and Holy, crap! Was that Batman?  Check out the newly released “Suicide Squad” Blitz trailer below:

Suicide Squad arrives in theaters August 5th, 2016.
