Full Cast Revealed For David Lynch’s ‘Twin Peaks’ Reboot

After ton of rumors and heavy speculation the full cast list for David Lynch’s Showtime reboot of ‘Twin Peaks’ has finally be revealed. The huge casting announcement revealed that there will be a whopping 217 actors making an appearance in the highly anticipated series which mixes the original cast with some new faces as well!

The new season has reportedly just wrapped up filming and ‘Twin Peaks’ will be making its’ Showtime network debut sometime in 2017 and will be directed entirely by Lynch.

The new installment of the cult favorite series will pick up 25 years after the events that took place in the original series in the Pacific Northwest town of Twin Peaks where the murder of prom queen Laura Spencer shocked the community. Actress Sheryl Lee will be reprising her role as Spencer and actor  Kyle MacLachlan will be back as FBI Agent Dale Cooper. (Full cast list can be seen in the images below)

Original cast who will be coming back to the series include: Sherilyn Fenn, Mädchen Amick, David Duchovny, Michael Horse, Dana Ashbrook, Miguel Ferrer, Ray Wise, Grace Zabriskie, Peggy Lipton, Everett McGill and David Lynch. Also making an appearance will be the late actress Catherine Coulson (Log Lady) who was able to film her scenes for the reboot prior to her passing.

New cast members include: Naomi Watts, Amanda Seyfried, Ashley Judd, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Laura Dern, Ernie Hudson, Michael Cera, Trent Naomi WattsReznor, Jessica Szohr, Jane Levy, Richard Chamberlain, Robert Knepper, Jim Belushi, Tom Sizemore, Ethan Suplee, Balthazar Getty, Bailey Chase, David Koechner, and Larry Clarke.

One of the biggest surprises is that actress Lara Flynn Boyle opted not to make a return to the series.
