Did Zack Snyder Reveal The Flash Costume From ‘Justice League’?

The DC Cinematic Universe is an interesting entity, especially when it comes to Zack Snyder‘s Justice League film(s). Not only is Warner Brothers trying to distance themselves from the Marvel mold as much as possible, they also are attempting a backwards approach by releasing Justice League Part 1 before the eventual standalone films, then to be followed by Justice League Part 2. While there have been a few attempts in the past to get a Justice League film off the ground, it seems that things are finally falling into place.

With Batman v. Superman set to hit theaters in less than a month, I can’t help but think that that film will help to inform Justice League, just as Man Of Steel has informed the latter. The interesting thing here is that Warners are taking a different approach to the filming of this two-parter, treating them as two separate productions. Filming is set to commence in less than two months, and anticipation could not be higher.

In the last few days, Snyder released an interesting photo via his twitter account that offers our first look at The Flash’s costume from the film. While this is sure to be a different iteration from The Flash television series, Snyder has either intentionally, or intentionally given us the first look at the costume for the film!

Here’s the photo that Snyder posted earlier this week:

First off, I have to say that posting this picture is pure genius on the part of Snyder. What I find so fun about a photo like this is that it raises so many questions. Now, I’m sure that the information contained in this photo this was intentional, especially when you consider the less-than stellar buzz that that Batman v. Superman has garnered up to this point. Whether this was a stunt to merely take the somewhat negative attention is a discussion for another day. For the time being, this picture offers a healthy amount of teases to keep us going for now.

Most of the cast has been solidified at this Point, Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman), and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) are set to return (you can check out their respective posters here). Joining them for the Justice League film are Ezra Miller (The Flash) and Jason Mamoa (Aquaman, pictured above), and Ray Fisher (Cyborg). We don’t quite know who the full team in the film is yet, but don’t be surprised if we hear Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter casting announcements soon. Justice League Part 1 hits theaters on November 17, 2017, followed by Justice League Part 2 on June 14, 2019.
