All-New Teaser Trailer for New X-Files asks “Are We Truly Alone?”

The long-awaited premiere of the X-Files revival “Event” is growing closer, and the marketing team has smartly used a recent event as a marketing tactic for the show. Check out the teaser below:

Although this trailer is the definition of a teaser with no actual footage, I’m curious to see how the revival of the show handles modern day UFO sightings. Technology is sure to change the way that the stories n the show play out, but i’m mire interested to see how technology changes the way that the characters operate. While the two theatrically released films that were based on the 90’s T.V. show were not reviewed very well, I’m hoping that this revival will be more of a miniseries than anything else.

Two-Night Season Premiere of THE X-FILES:

Sunday, Jan. 24, 201610:00-11:00 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT, following the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME;

Monday, Jan. 25, 20168:009:00 PM ET/PT
