Need For Speed Trailer

DreamWorks Studios’ and Electronic Arts’ will team up in 2014 to bring Need For Speed, the well established gaming franchise to the big screen. This will be the 20th anniversary for the franchise, and has decided to celebrate by creating a live-action film, starring fan-favorite actor Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad).

Director Scott Waugh’s (Act of Valor) adaptation of the franchise began filming in May, and will hit theaters March 2014. This is just the first of many video-game franchises transitioning to the big screen, with WarCraft, Splinter Cell and Assassins’ Creed all getting live-action makeovers in the coming years.
