American Horror Story Season Four Is Sure To Be A “Freak Show”

The news was recently revealed that the upcoming fourth season of American Horror Story will have a carnival theme. Now show creator Ryan Murphy has taken to his Twitter account and let us know that the official sub-title for the new season will be “Freak Show”.

Murphy also gave us a first glimpse at the new logo. The new season is said to take place in a 1950’s Jupiter, FL, however filming for the new season will shot again in New Orleans.

 

Tim Stack of EW.com has uncovered some additional details regarding the casting which will feature Jessica Lange as a a German ex-pat who is managing one of the last freak shows in the U.S. Also, set to return for the new season will be Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Basset and Frances Conroy who portray freak show performers that Lange’s character has rescued over the years.

Sounds good to us!  We can’t wait to see what Murphy and his team are able to do with this incredible story-line premise.
